In your role as an Accounts Payable Specialist, your main responsibility will be managing a designated group of suppliers, including hotels and local partners located in various countries. You'll collaborate closely with the financial administration team to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping of all financial transactions. Success in this position relies on effective teamwork and alignment between different colleagues and departments.

Throughout the work week, your time will be distributed as follows: 25% on process improvements, 50% in contact with creditors and internal stakeholders and 25% verifying and matching invoices.

• You take responsibility for the financial administration of our entities
• Thoroughly reviewing and processing incoming invoices for payments
• Preparing the financial closure for both winter and summer seasons

What skills will bring you to the top?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Efficient way of working and result orientated
• Numerical insight and accuracy in the way of working
• Good communication skills in English and Dutch (minimum B2)
