Job description

As a Customer Research Intern you will join our Customer Experience (CX) team. The CX team focuses on improving the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey: From first orientation until they return home from their holidays - we want to give our customers the best experience, seamlessly. we collect and analyze data and conduct research studies to create actionable insights to improve our customer experience. We use a 'Voice of the Customer' panel to better understand our customers, their behavior and to test new ideas and concepts.

This internship starts in February 2024 and lasts for 6 months.

Your impact

• Under the guidance of the CX team you will learn how to explore and represent the customer's voice within an organisation
• You help maintaining & growing the Voice of the Customer panel:
  • Collaborate with external research agency
  • Recruit members for panel
  • Create & execute a plan to keep members engaged & active
• You assist in setting up customer panels in other countries
• You assist the team on ad-hoc requests and presentations requiring data analysis and research
• You analyse customer feedback through loyalty measurement tools (NPS, CES, GCR) and present actionable insights to stakeholders
• You assist in creating questionnaires and conduct research studies

What skills will bring you to the top?

• Currently doing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Psychology
• Greatly passionate about (online) customer behaviour
• Fun to work with and enjoys being part of a team
• Ambitious and eager to learn
• Fluent in both Dutch and English. We are an international company, but most of our customers speak and write in Dutch
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
