For our Global Innovation Team, we are looking for a Global Innovation Project Specialist. Someone who is passionate about science and healthcare and is challenging the norms by making the world a better place in different ways while participating in different projects, working with colleagues in different countries, and learning everything there is about new innovations in pharma. You will support this objective by:
• Drawing up an annual action plan for one's product portfolio with the aim of contributing to the realization of the organization's developments and objectives,
• Supporting and expanding local brands globally through great communication and project management skills,
• Collaborating with local marketing & innovations departments, business partners, manufacturers, and customers to assist with the analysis and evaluation of new commercial opportunities,
• Coordinating and implementing the global innovation projects while introducing and optimizing products in selected locations,
• Searching for synergies in countries regarding innovation projects for fostering each other's strengths,
• Working closely with marketing & innovation teams to introduce new products and services,
• Reporting on the effectiveness and success of innovation products and services for further improvement,
• Keeping up with the latest trends in the pharma industry
Joining our Global Innovation Team, you will be working alongside 6 colleagues who look after all of the Global Innovation initiatives and projects. In this role, you will have the freedom to use your experience, analytical skills, and innovative mindset to accurately take on innovation projects and take our portfolio to the next level.

We are looking for a Global Innovation Project Specialist who is passionate about innovation, being a spider of the web, and project management. Someone who is a self-starter who possess the most of the following:
• Master's degree in pharmacy or health sciences, PhD is a plus,
• 2+ years of experience in product development,
• Experience in writing technical documents and knowledge of interpreting scientific articles,
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Knowledge of the compounding sector and the ability to critically evaluate the science behind products,
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical technologies applied to the compounding market,
• Having a do-it-yourself mentality, being responsible, creative and a team player,
• Fluent in verbal and written English, Dutch is a plus.

Here is what we offer:
• 1 year contract with a possibility to extend
• Start date: January 2nd
• The salary range is between € 50.000 to € 58.000 annual salary based on a full time contract (40h/week), all in line with your knowledge & experience
