Description

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and plans;
• Collaborate with project managers to gather project data and updates;
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and identify potential risks;
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate project status to stakeholders;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation;
• Support financial aspects of projects, including tracking expenses and invoicing;
• Assist in resource allocation and allocation tracking;
• Coordinate project meetings and facilitate communication among project team members;
• Project controlling involves utilising your comprehension of the projects to establish links, conduct analyses, and effectively communicate with both department members and project leaders. By sharing your insights, you actively contribute to enhancing the project's performance, both within your team and on a broader scale.
