We offer you an interesting and challenging job in the spare parts business in the international maritime environment. Sales and processing of spare parts requests and components for our fresh water systems installed at customers' premises worldwide. Their main task is to process requests, create suitable offers, order processing and support up to invoicing. You should have a good knowledge of SAP, have a good command of English and a positive customer attitude and feel comfortable working independently.

As a Sales Engineer Spare Parts, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Processing of customer inquiries and orders
• Identification of parts on the basis of parts lists, testing for suitability or possible use, internal coordination
• Inquiries with the relevant suppliers
• Elaboration and price calculation of offers and clarification with the customer, if necessary submission of alternative solutions as well as documentation of the processes
• Negotiation of offers with customers as part of the offer follow-up
• Processing of quotations and orders in SAP
• Order processing, deadline monitoring, coordination of deadline deviations internally and with the customer

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Completed technical or commercial education with good technical understanding, preferably with further training as a technician or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the spare parts business
• Good and resilient knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS-Office, preferably knowledge of proAlpha.
• Reliable, structured and self-reliant way of working and commitment
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Distinctive service mentality
• Fluent German required

Techniker Vertrieb Ersatzteile (m/w/d)

Wir bieten Ihnen eine interessante und herausfordernde Tätigkeit im Ersatzteilgeschäft im internationalen maritimen Umfeld. Verkauf und Abwicklung von Ersatzteilanfragen und Komponenten für unsere bei Kunden installierte Frischwassersysteme weltweit. Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, Anfragen zu bearbeiten, passende Angebote zu erstellen, Auftragsbearbeitung und Begleitung bis zur Rechnungsstellung. Sie sollten über gute SAP Kenntnisse verfügen, gute Englischkenntnisse und eine positive Kundeneinstellung haben und sich wohl dabei fühlen, selbstständig zu arbeiten.

Was sind die Aufgaben?

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen
• Identifikation von Teilen anhand von Stücklisten, Prüfung auf Eignung bzw. Einsatzmöglichkeit, Abstimmung intern
• Anfragen bei den entsprechenden Lieferanten
• Ausarbeitung und Preiskalkulation von Angeboten und Klärung mit dem Kunden, ggf. Unterbreitung von Alternativlösungen sowie Dokumentation der Vorgänge
• Verhandlung von Angeboten mit Kunden im Rahmen der Angebotsnachverfolgung
• Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Aufträgen in SAP
• Auftragsabwicklung, Terminüberwachung, Abstimmung von Terminabweichungen intern und mit dem Kunden

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein erwarten wir:

• Abgeschlossene technische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung mit gutem technischen Verständnis, vorzugsweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Ersatzteilgeschäft
• Gute und belastbare Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und im Umgang mit MS-Office, gerne Kenntnisse in proAlpha.
• Zuverlässige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Einsatzbereitschaft
• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsmentalität
