We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate humility in your approach, actively seeking input and feedback from stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements effectively.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement, while adhering to the value of simplicity.
• Work autonomously to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
• Utilize your analytical skills to perform detailed data analysis, translating complex information into actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Foster transparency by communicating your findings and insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate in the design and implementation of business process improvements, leveraging your analytical expertise.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis, consistently enhancing your analytic capabilities.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business data.
• Manage and administer Microsoft software licenses, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and optimizing license usage across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess licensing needs, identify cost-effective licensing options, and make recommendations for license procurement and renewal.

Ihr Profil

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, showcasing your analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of tools like PowerBI, SQL PowerApps, and Python.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, promoting transparency and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, enabling accurate and reliable insights.
• Strong organizational skills, demonstrating autonomy in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks while being responsible for meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with license compliance requirements and regulations is a plus.

Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean, is desirable. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks is a plus.

• Relevant certifications, such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), are a plus, reflecting your dedication to professional growth and expertise.
