We are looking for a brilliant and enthusiastic After Sales Manager Benelux who will be in charge of ensuring high-end technical service performance at our office in Capelle aan Den Ijssel
In this role, you will run the after-sales department by managing team efficiently and effectively to obtain customer loyalty and achieve assigned goals.

Key Role Responsibilities

Responsible for providing an excellent performance of after sales, consistent with brand positioning, through the correct usage of systems and processes end-to-end;
Responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of quality of service;
Responsible for managing costs of the technical after sales organization, in line with assigned objectives;
Responsible to manage the performance of the field force, including external service providers;
Responsible to provide to HQ "real time feedback" on product and service issues from the market;
Responsible for the right staffing and competencies of the Technical After Sales organization, in order to guarantee the expected level of service to customers;
Develop organization effectiveness, people development and engagement;
Accountable for spare parts availability and inventory record accuracy;
Accountable for the application of the Technogym cultural model through company policies.

Job Requirements: technical and soft skills

3+ years' experience in the role
Service business expertise
Problem solving
Project management
Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
Strong leadership which inspires colleagues and customers
Team management with high degree of empathy
Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
